How to place an order
First, you need click the button of “Ordering” into the page.
You can fill out the mind information according to the require(* must be filled, for exmple:Email, Size of picture, Unit, Color number, File formats etc.). Then you need supply and upload one artwork, it must be high quality, such as Vector Graphics. If your artwork is not very clear or you have some special request, pls write it down clearly in remarks, submit it at the last.
File formats what i supply
There are many kinds of formats for artwork we received, such as .gif, .jpg, .tiff, .eps, .ai, .cdr. In order to make digitized data better, pls supply Vector Graphics file(.ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf etc.) possibly. Thanks!
File formats what i receive
Usually we can supply normal file format .dst(tajima) ,and also supply others formats to satisfy customer’s need.
File formats we supply: .EMB, .PEC, .PES, .PSF, .DAT, .EXY, .FXY, .UXY, .BRO, .PHC, .XXX, .STX, .EMD, .TAP, .JEF, .SEW, .EXP, .KSM, .PCS, .PCM, .VIP, .DSB, .DSZ, .10O, .HUS, .T03, .T01, .T04, .T05, POF ,PXF etc.

Planning of work time
Usually we can give digitized data to customers during 2~24 hours.We will work as soon as possible,and would send them by the time line.Our work time is 7 days*24 hours, except some special Saturday , Sunday and other holidays.
How to receive digitized data
We would send all digitized data to customers by Email with enclosures.
Backup file
we would backup all customers’ artwork / digitized data file and keep them well. If there are something wrong with your computer, you can contact us anytime and retake files. They are free!
About revised digitized data
It is free, some simple changes such as revising color, delete or change text, lesser size magnification, change the formats and densities. About any other contents,Please refer the price of revised.
